Our service allows users to receive SMS messages for account verification purposes without using their personal phone numbers. We do not control upstream availability or delivery times.

The price of a number is reserved on order and charged only when a verification code is delivered; otherwise the hold is automatically released.

Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy. Unused wallet credits may be refunded upon request, subject to processing fees.

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or other operational reasons. The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that any specific code, number, or app will be available or deliver successfully.
