Pay-on-Delivery Model
At TextReceiveOnline you are only charged when a verification code is actually delivered. When you order a number, its price is reserved from your wallet and is captured only once a code arrives. If no code is received within the order window, or you cancel before a code arrives, the reserved amount is automatically released back to your wallet — so you never pay for a number that didn't deliver.
All Captured Charges Are Final
Because our platform provides instant digital services that incur real-time costs (telecom charges, infrastructure usage, and third-party provider fees) the moment a code is delivered, captured charges are final. We do not offer refunds for delivered codes, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect number or app selection
- User errors during the verification process
- Changes in your requirements after a code was delivered
- Account-related issues on third-party apps or websites
Service Responsibility
We source numbers from reliable upstream networks. However, we do not control or guarantee the behavior of third-party platforms (such as app verification systems) and cannot be held responsible for their actions or policies.
Wallet Balance Usage
Funds added to your wallet must be used within the platform. Wallet credit never expires, but deposited balance is non-refundable as cash and cannot be withdrawn — except for referral/affiliate earnings, which may be withdrawn under the referral program terms.
Exceptions
Beyond the automatic release described above, adjustments will only be considered in the rare case of a technical failure on our system where a charge was captured but no code was delivered, or duplicate charges due to a system error. All such cases are subject to internal verification and our decision is final.
