TextReceiveOnline is a cloud phone number and message management platform. Users are responsible for following all applicable laws, third-party platform terms, and this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy is enforced in our order flow and by manual review.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the platform for any of the following:
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, or deceptive activity
- Spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Unauthorized account creation or bulk account farming on third-party platforms
- Bypassing or circumventing any platform’s rules, terms, or security controls
- Payment, banking, or crypto-exchange verification abuse
- Resale of the service to enable any prohibited activity
- Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the number’s jurisdiction
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. Use of a virtual number does not grant you any right to violate another service’s terms.
Enforcement
When abuse is reported or detected, we may block orders, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel access, withhold funds obtained through abuse, and share relevant information with affected platforms or authorities where required or appropriate. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion.

To report misuse, use our Abuse Report page or email [email protected] with the order details, number, timestamp, and any evidence. We review reports promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
