Digital Service Delivery

TextReceiveOnline provides an instant digital service. When you reserve a virtual number, it is provisioned to your dashboard immediately and any incoming message appears live on screen and in your order history — there is no physical shipment.

Order Windows & Timeouts

Each reserved number has a delivery window. Message delivery time depends on the country, route, and the sending platform, and is not guaranteed. If no eligible message arrives within the window, the order times out.

Charging & Hold Release

The price of a number is reserved (held) from your wallet when you order, and captured only when eligible delivery conditions are met. If the order times out or you cancel before delivery, the hold is automatically released back to your wallet.
