Providers, platforms and users can report misuse of our service. We review every report promptly and take enforcement action under our Acceptable Use Policy.
What to include
- The virtual number involved (if known)
- Order or reference ID (if known)
- Date & time of the activity
- A description of the misuse
- Any evidence (links, screenshots, logs)
On confirmed abuse we may block orders, suspend accounts, and share relevant information with affected platforms or authorities where appropriate.
