Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your TextReceiveOnline account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

Delete your account from Settings

The fastest way to delete your account and data:

1. Sign in at the login page.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm with your password.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access your account, email us at [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your email address and name
• Your virtual numbers and the SMS/verification codes you received
• Your API keys and webhook settings
• Support conversation history linked to your account

What we keep, and why

To meet legal, tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations, we retain a minimal record of past transactions (such as amounts and dates) in an anonymized form that is no longer linked to your identity. We do not keep your email, name, numbers or received codes.
